Upon termination, your access to Superchargr and associated data may be permanently removed.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

• We do not guarantee that the Platform will meet all user expectations.
• We are not responsible for any lost data, business interruptions, or third-party service failures.
• Use of Superchargr is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superchargr, Inc. shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Unauthorized access or security breaches beyond our control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your subscription in the past 12 months.

In the event of a dispute:
